This document serves as a non-binding service agreement outlining the general scope, pricing, and expectations related to services provided by Heavy Motive LLC.


1. Business Overview


Heavy Motive LLC is a mechanical shop and mobile field service provider specializing in the maintenance and repair of both construction and agricultural equipment. Services are available in-shop or on-site via mobile service units.

• Skid Steers


• Pavers


• Dozers


• Loaders


Agricultural Equipment:


• Tractors


• Spreaders


• Sprayers


• Tillers


• Balers


• Hay Rakes


• Hay Cutters


• Brush Hogs


2. Turnaround Time Expectations


• Field Service Response Time: 24–48 hours for diagnostic and potential on-site repair (subject to availability).


• After-Hours Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis for urgent needs. Immediate response is not guaranteed but will be prioritized when possible.


3. Pricing Structure


Field Servicing


• Labor: $110/hr


• Mileage: $2.00 per mile (from shop to site and back)


• Emergency/After-Hours Calls: Additional rates may apply (quoted individually)


Shop Services


• Labor: $95/hr


• Shop Miscellaneous Base Charge: $50


• Parts: Priced per item based on supplier cost


• Oils / Coolants / Lubricants: Priced per use


4. Payment Terms


• Quotes and estimates are available upon request.


• Invoices are issued upon completion of service or project phase.


• Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Service Policy


• Diagnosis and Repair: Every effort will be made to diagnose and repair issues efficiently, whether on-site or in-shop. If field repair is not feasible, transportation to the shop can be arranged at an additional charge.


• Estimates: While estimates are provided in good faith, final charges may vary depending on labor hours and parts used.


• Parts Procurement: OEM and aftermarket parts may be used depending on availability and customer preference.


6. Cancellations & Delays


• Heavy Motive LLC reserves the right to reschedule or delay service due to weather conditions, parts availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.


• Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible.
